When you create a gateway, you are proxying requests to third-party APIs. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or quality of data returned by third-party APIs
• Compliance with third-party API terms of service
• Third-party API changes or deprecations
• Legal disputes arising from use of third-party APIs

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed using the x402 protocol and EIP-3009 standard on Base blockchain:

• Platform Fees: Paid to x402 Gateway for gateway creation
• Usage Fees: Paid directly to gateway owners by end users
• Gas Fees: Paid by the x402 Facilitator service
• No Chargebacks: Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed

We act as a facilitator and do not hold or control user funds. All payments are settled directly on the blockchain.
